Dedicated Digital Technology, Inc. has received inquiries as to its response to the Year 2000 ("Y2K") problem. The Company has implemented procedures to insure that all of its systems are Y2K compliant.
Based on its recent audit of the computer software and associated systems, and because of recent system upgrades, the Company does not anticipate that any significant additional modification or replacement of the Company’s software will be necessary for its computer systems to properly utilize dates beyond December 31, 1999.
However, the Company is not able to determine whether its suppliers or service providers will be required to make software modifications or replacements to avoid the Y2K problems or whether the failure to make such software corrections will have an affect on the Company’s operations.
